Iran's nuclear reactor
Apparently they're starting the final round of tests. So far, it is 34 years behind schedule and approximately 12 times over budget. I think they may have taken some tips from the British nuclear power industry.
Well, of course, the thing isn't a VVER or anything like one, as even Russians wouldn't touch that particular design again with a bargepole mounted on a remote-controlled helicopter.
Let's see, one hot war, one cold war, one revolution, one post revolution political coup, original design by US military industrial security complex contractors... Sounds about right.
Actually, the project seems to have rocked along very nicely ever since the Russians got involved.
