I'm not sure it'll stand up though. I can't remember exactly how it goes (and as a qualified librarian, I ought to be able to) but there is some right to reproduce a portion of content for the purposes of quotation and review, isn't there?
Yes, "fair use", and to be honest I am sure that the Mail could absolutely hang draw and quarter me without stepping over the mark, but this is a symbolic gesture.
